Anna Franklin is our CSA in Commercial Lines, and she also hold the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She has lived in the LC Valley her whole life. She went to school at Asotin and still resides in Asotin.
Anna worked in the medical insurance industry for almost 10 years before she moved into the Commercial Lines role here at American Insurance. She has worked at American Insurance since 2014 where she helps our business customers with their business, farming and bonding needs.
In her free time, Anna rides horses, goes camping, supports her son at his rodeo and his FFA events, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
