Stephanie Herbert is our Administrative and Marketing Assistant since July 2015. She was born and raised in Moscow and Potlatch in Latah County before graduating from the University of Idaho with a degree in Journalism in 2003.

Today she works on sales assistant tasks (such as those pesky business-to-business cold calls that she enjoys doing) and processing individual medical, group medical, Medicare supplement and drug plan information, and life insurance applications. She also works to do online articles, social media marketing, email marketing and helps answer phones and take payments as a backup receptionist.

You can count on Stephanie’s friendly customer service to help answer administrative questions and stay connected with our health agents to get other answers you might need.

Stephanie spent 12 years in the newspaper industry doing work for mostly weekly publications. She has worked in Moscow, Idaho; Shreveport, La.; Belvidere, Ill.; Springfield, Mo.; and Herington, Kan. She enjoys being a member of the Lewis Clark Valley Chamber Ambassadors, a member of the Stephen Ministry Team at Crosspoint Alliance Church in Lewiston, a wife and mother of a blonde natured and colored Labrador retriever.

She has also worked in the past as a Loaned Executive for the Twin County United Way, a member of chapter BL of P.E.O. and attended Abundant Life Church in Clarkston, Wash., where she got married in 2016.
