Philip Sullivan joined the sales staff at American Insurance in 2004. He is a licensed agent for property, casualty, surety, life and health insurance. Philip has advanced his insurance knowledge through various industry schools and has earned and maintains his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. As an experienced multi-line agent, Philip can assist you in finding and securing the best coverage and price for any personal or business insurance need. Since 2010, Philip has the added responsibility of assisting in the management of our Personal Lines Department.

Philip is the son of agency owner John Sullivan and is a 4th generation insurance agent. He had the pleasure of being born in and growing up in Lewiston, Idaho.  After graduating from Lewiston High School in 1997, he then received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho in 2004. During his stay in Vandal Country he built life-long friendships as a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity.  Also, while in Moscow he was introduced to and later married his beautiful wife, LeeAnne, in the summer of 2003. Philip has served on the Boys & Girls Club’s Scholarship Committee since 2006 and co-chaired various fund raising projects to raise money for area youth.
