"When I started working for American Insurance in 2000, I had no idea how long I would be at the agency or the changes that 25 years would bring.  Everyone had landlines, many didn’t have any email addresses, and most companies didn’t have much of a web presence.  Our management system was on a server that was housed in our agency as were most of our records.  Today everything is online and while that might sound convenient, there are new challenges in today’s wireless and paperless world.”
