That means, when you call with an insurance need, we want you to receive immediate attention to your request. That has been a challenge for every business in the rapidly changing and disruptive environment of today.
We are focused on our Mission, that says: Our licensed and experienced service agents endeavor to know you and discover your unique risk needs; to provide competitive quotations and creative choices using the best policies at the lowest prices; and to enhance our relationship with personal service that is prompt, accurate and caring.
We endeavor to know you by assigning each of our customers to a specific service agent to get to know you personally, know your name and insurance needs, and build a working relationship of trust. If your agent is temporarily unavailable - helping another customer or gone to lunch -please leave a message. You will be called back before the end of day.
We work as the “A Team” to handle your requests promptly when your assigned service agent is unavailable – gone for the day, on vacation or sick with the flu - ask to be transferred and your call and request will be handled by the first available A-Team customer service agent.
Managing Overload: The disruptions in the environment and the economy have impacted everyone’s insurance premiums and some policyholders have encountered coverage restrictions and even policy cancellations. Thankfully, that trend is easing but it has created an overload of requests to make policy changes and re-quote many of the policies.
Help us help you: Our agents are experiencing a very high volume of requests. So, if you can, make your requests as early as possible and together with your agent, set a reasonable date for the completion of multiple re-quotes.
